Common use of Consent to Advertising and Publicity Clause in Contracts

Consent to Advertising and Publicity. With the prior written consent of the Borrower, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, the Collateral Agent or the Lenders may issue and disseminate to the public information describing the credit accommodation entered into pursuant to this Agreement, including the name and address of the Borrower, the amount, interest rate, maturity, collateral and a general description of the Borrower's business.

Consent to Advertising and Publicity. With the prior written consent of the BorrowerBorrowers, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, the Collateral Agent or Administrative Agent, on behalf of the Lenders Lenders, may issue and disseminate to the public information describing the credit accommodation accommodations entered into pursuant to this Agreement, including the name and address of the BorrowerBorrowers, the amount, interest rate, maturity, collateral for and a general description of the Borrower's credit facilities provided hereunder and of the Borrowers' business.

With The Borrower hereby consents and agrees that the prior written consent Agent on behalf of the Borrower, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, the Collateral Agent or the Lenders may issue and disseminate to the public public, subject to the Borrower's approval, information describing the credit accommodation entered into pursuant to this Agreement, including the name names and address addresses of the BorrowerBorrower and its Subsidiaries and Affiliates, the amount, interest rate, maturity, collateral collateral, and a general description of the Borrower's and its Subsidiaries' business.
