Consent or Approval. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, whenever consent or approval of either party is required, such consent or approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.
Consent or Approval. Whenever under the terms of this Agreement the approval or consent of the Company is required or the Company must make any determination, the Company, unless this Agreement specifically requires otherwise, may not unreasonably withhold or delay that consent or approval.

Each Lender shall endeavor to promptly respond to any such request.

Consent or Approval. (6.0 SA) Unless expressly stated otherwise, where the consent or approval of a Party is required, such consent or approval will not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed.
