Common use of Consent of Financial Security Clause in Contracts

Consent of Financial Security. In the event that Financial Security's consent is required under the terms hereof, or under the terms of any other Transaction Agreement, it is understood and agreed that, except as otherwise provided expressly herein or in any other Transaction Agreement, the determination whether to grant or withhold such consent shall be made solely by Financial Security in its absolute discretion.
