CONNECTION WORKS. Our Connection Works do not include: • Removal of obstructions to working areas • Removal of flue stacks internally above a height of 2.4m from finished floor level • Diversion of existing utilities connections • Repair or remedy of any pre-existing faults or issues with the Property, including heating, hot water and electrical systems Our Connection Works include: • If you have an existing boiler this will be isolated, disconnected and safely secured within the property boundary • Isolating and making safe your fuel store • Stripping out and remove redundant controls equipment • Ensuring the Heat Interface Unit is fully functional • Connection of the heating programmer & controls to the system and testing to ensure they are working • Making good any areas of your property affected by our works up to the Heat Interface Unit to the same condition as at commencement • Providing an End-user Instruction Manual • Providing end user instruction delivered by the engineers Our Connection Works

Related to CONNECTION WORKS

  • Interconnection Customer Interconnection Facilities Interconnection Customer shall design, procure, construct, install, own and/or control Interconnection Customer Interconnection Facilities described in Appendix A, Interconnection Facilities, Network Upgrades and Distribution Upgrades, at its sole expense.

  • Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities The Interconnection Customer shall design, procure, construct, install, own and/or control the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities described in Appendix A at its sole expense.

  • Communications Equipment Members of the board of directors or any committee thereof may participate in and act at any meeting of such board or committee through the use of a conference telephone or other communications equipment by means of which all persons participating in the meeting can hear each other, and participation in the meeting pursuant to this section shall constitute presence in person at the meeting.

  • Interconnection Customer (1) Interconnection Customer shall construct and, unless otherwise indicated, shall own, the following Interconnection Facilities: None

  • Equipment and Materials Contractor at its sole cost and expense shall provide and furnish all tools, labor, materials, equipment, transportation services and any other items (collectively, "Equipment") which are required or necessary to perform the Services in a manner which is consistent with generally accepted standards of the profession for similar services. Notwithstanding the foregoing, District shall not be responsible for any damages to persons or property as a result of the use, misuse or failure of any Equipment used by Contractor of the Contracted Parties, even if such Equipment is furnished, rented or loaned to Contractor or the Contracted Parties by District. Furthermore, any Equipment or workmanship that does not conform to the regulations of this Agreement may be rejected by District and in such case must be promptly remedied or replaced by Contractor at no additional cost to District and subject to District’s reasonable satisfaction.
