Connection Related Service Fees. If applicable, Participant agrees to pay Vendor fees for the services provided by Vendor to enable the exchanging of messages among the Parties’ Users as specified in the Florida HIE Pricing Policies attached hereto and invoiced by Vendor. The fee may be changed upon ninety (90) days written notice to Participant except for a fee reduction which can go into effect immediately consistent with the most current Florida HIE Pricing Policies posted on the Florida HIE website (xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxx-xxx.xxx/). The fee schedule as of February 1, 2014 is displayed in Exhibit 1.

  • Additional Services Fees Payments to the Design Professional on account of Additional Services shall be made as follows:

  • Professional Services Fees You agree to pay us the professional services fees in the amounts set forth in the Investment Summary. Those amounts are payable in accordance with our Invoicing and Payment Policy. You acknowledge that the fees stated in the Investment Summary are good-faith estimates of the amount of time and materials required for your implementation. We will bill you the actual fees incurred based on the in-scope services provided to you.   • Interconnection Customer Compensation If the CAISO requests or directs the Interconnection Customer to provide a service pursuant to Articles 9.6.3 (Payment for Reactive Power) or 13.5.1 of this LGIA, the CAISO shall compensate the Interconnection Customer in accordance with the CAISO Tariff.
