Connection Point. Water to be supplied under this Agreement shall be made available at the Connection Point. Title to, and risk in, the water supplied shall pass to the Licensee on behalf of its Customer at the Connection Point.
Connection Point. (a) Subject to the electricity legislation, we must provide, install and maintain equipment for the provision of customer connection services at the premises in a manner which is safe and in accordance with the electricity legislation.
Connection Point. The Customer must ensure that they take supply from the Connection Point at all times in accordance with the Specification. Where the Customer is an Embedded Generator, the Customer must not export electricity in excess of the export capacity in the Specification.
Connection Point. The location where the Offsite Facilities connect to the System as shown on the attached Exhibit C.
Connection Point. The Connection Point must be located as detailed in Schedule 1 or otherwise to the satisfaction of the Corporation.
Connection Point. The Water System will include a ‘Connection Point’ at the front of each residential Lot. It is the Lot Owners responsibility to arrange for connecting to the ‘Connection Point’ to establish water service onto their own property. Expenses for connecting into the community water system at the ‘Connection Point’ and for running water lines onto the individual lots and further distribution within a Lot is at the expense of each Lot Owner.
Connection Point a. Harwich may construct and connect the East Harwich portion of its wastewater system as set forth on Exhibit A in coordination with Chatham’s infrastructure implementation schedule. Chatham will furnish to Harwich wastewater conveyance and treatment services. The connection of Harwich with the System shall take place by means of the Connection Point at or near the Chatham town line. The cost for any future expansion or additions to the Connection Point necessary to accommodate any increases in wastewater flow of East Harwich shall be borne by Harwich at no cost to Chatham and shall be subject to approval by Chatham.
Connection Point. The point of interconnection with the City Wastewater Treatment System from the West Jefferson Subordinate Service District.
Connection Point. The connection point of the District System with the City Wastewater Treatment System shall be at a point near the City WTP as provided in construction plans approved by the Parties.
Connection Point. 3.1. KWSC hereby permits and authorizes the RDEK System to be connected to the KWSC System at the Connection Point under the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement.
