A user who is logged off may log on again. B xxxxxx for Service Each subscriber will be assigned an advance-deposit amount based on anticipated monthly charges. The amount will be $100 for most subscribers. The $50 base-monthly fee will be charged on the first day of each month. When a subscriber's account balance falls below twenty (20) percent of his advance deposit amount, a new advance deposit amount will be charged to his credit card, and that amount will be added to his JeffNet account balance. At the end of each month, a summary of charges and credit card transactions will be e- mailed to each subscriber. JeffNet will provide a feature to allow a subscriber to view the details of these charges and the option to print them free of charge. The subscriber provides his e-mail address on this application and is responsible for notifying the clerk of any changes. A dditional Terms and Conditions The subscriber assumes the responsibility for insuring that the clerk’s data that are viewed or printed is used for legal and legitimate purposes and that the security and privacy of the parties included therein is not compromised. The subscriber accepts the clerk's fee schedule for printed copies of documents and reports. Any subscriber action that circumvents the printing fees, depriving the clerk of revenue to which the clerk is entitled, is cause for cancellation of the subscriber's JeffNet service and may result in action by the clerk to recover these revenues. The subscriber is responsible for keeping his credit card information current with the clerk's fiscal intermediary. JeffNet service will be suspended if credit card charges are rejected. The account will be closed in the event that valid credit card information and payment for any outstanding costs is not provided within 60 days. After the 60 days have elapsed, a new subscriber fee of $100 will be assessed to re-activate the account. Password security is the sole responsibility of the subscriber.   • Project Time As defined herein, this is the time within which the Contractor shall complete all Work contracted for under this Contract as indicated in a fully authorized Service Work Order pursuant to the Service Work Order Process provision set forth in this Contract.

  • Contract Time The period of time established for completion of the Project by the Contract Documents. Contract Time commences upon the date specified in the Proceed Order and ends upon the Material Completion and Occupancy Date, as it may be amended.

  • Court Time An employee who is called to appear as a witness in his/her official capacity by a court, including administrative court, on a scheduled day off, a scheduled vacation day or other approved day off shall be paid for the hours so spent, including actual, necessary travel time, at his/her regular hourly rate. This hourly rate shall include the non-standard premium for those employees designated as non-standard. Payment under this Article shall be the total payment for such court time from all sources other than regular pay for the scheduled day off. An employee who is assigned a State vehicle shall be entitled to use such vehicle on such occasions.

  • Prep Time For full day 10-month (184 day) or 12-month (223 day) teachers, 45 minutes of uninterrupted daily prep time will be provided to each teacher to be used for professional activities (for example, classroom preparations, parent conferences, and peer consultations).

  • Part-Time An employee who is employed less than thirty (30) hours per week.

  • Turnaround Time The number of hours between scheduled shifts shall not be less than seven and one-half (7-1/2) hours. Violations shall be compensated at the rate of time and one-half for all hours worked on the shift following the hours of rest.

  • Lost Time Apprentices are required to serve an additional day for each day of absence during each year of their apprenticeship, except in respect of absences due to annual leave or long service leave. The following year of their apprenticeship does not commence until the additional days have been worked. However, any time that has been worked by the apprentice in excess of their ordinary hours shall be credited to the apprentice when calculating the amount of additional time that needs to be worked in the relevant year.

  • Comp Time In lieu of payment for overtime hours worked, the employee may request to take compensatory time off. Approval shall be at the discretion of the Department Head. If the request is approved by the Department Head, one and one-half (1 2) hours of compensatory time shall be credited for each overtime hour worked. A maximum accrual of compensatory time shall be forty (40) hours. Flex Time. The County recognizes and supports the concept of Flex time. Flex time is allowed within the work week as it is defined in Article 20, Section 2 of this contract. If an employee requests, an employee and their department head may agree to allow an employee to flex their schedule. However, in some departments and under some circumstances flex time may not be feasible and will not be permitted. No employee shall be required to take flex time off in order to avoid the payment of overtime or as a condition of continued employment.

  • Casual Part-Time A nurse whose written letter of offer does not contain any guarantee of hours of work and who may be called to work as and where required. Casual part-time nurses may work for a fixed term or task not to exceed six (6) months. Casual nurses must make themselves available for a minimum of one (1) shift every three (3) months. Casual part-time nurses do not have access to the bumping and layoff provisions as per Article 6.04. Should a nurse accept a casual part-time position after retiring from the Region that nurse will not be required to fulfill a probationary period.

  • Call-Out Time Where an Employee is called out for work, and no work is performed, he shall be paid four (4) hours except in the case of inclement weather, then he shall be paid only two (2) hours:
