Common use of Conformity to Law Clause in Contracts

Conformity to Law. This Agreement shall be governed and construed according to the Constitution and Laws of the State of Washington. If any provision of this Agreement, or any application of this Agreement to any teacher or groups of teachers covered hereby shall be adjudged contrary to law, such provision or application shall have effect only to the extent permitted by law, and all other provisions or application of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
