CONFORMED CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS i. For contract execution:
CONFORMED CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS. The Design Builder will incorporate any and all required changes based on the bidding process and will create a conformed set of construction drawings for the successful bidders' use for permitting and construction activities.
CONFORMED CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS. Upon award of a contract by the OWNER, the CONSULTANT shall assist with the execution, assembly and distribution of the construction contract documents for the Project.
CONFORMED CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS. Incorporate Addendum changes into the bidding plans and specifications and republish a single updated version of the Contract Documents for construction use. The construction parties (City, Consultant, and General Contractor) will refer to the conformed set for all construction activity for the duration of the project for consistency purposes. Deliverables • 10 sets of Conformed Construction Documents (specifications and 24”x36” full size drawings) will be submitted to the City. • 10 sets of Conformed Construction Documents (drawings only – 11”x17” half size drawings) will be submitted to the City. • An electronic format (*.pdf) of the complete set of plans and specifications will be submitted to the City.

The Architect/Engineer will be responsible for managing the design to stay within such Guaranteed Maximum Price proposal or Amount Available for the Construction Contract. The Architect/Engineer shall review the Construction Documents as they are being prepared at intervals appropriate to the progress of the Project with the Owner and Construction Manager at the Project site or other location specified by Owner in the State of Texas. The Architect/Engineer shall utilize the model(s) to support the review process during Construction Documents. The Architect/Engineer shall provide the Construction Manager with a compact disc containing documents and data files derived from the model to assist the Construction Manager in fulfilling its responsibilities to the Owner.

  • Construction Schedules Construction Manager shall incorporate the relevant portions of the Project Schedule, into its Construction Schedules. Construction Manager shall include with its Estimated Contract Sum preliminary Construction Schedules for Owner Parties’ review. After Owner approves the Project budget, Construction Manager shall update and distribute with the Progress Report its approved Construction Schedules throughout the duration of the Work. Each such updated Construction Schedule shall conform to the Contract Documents’ requirements and shall accurately reflect progress and remaining estimated durations of applicable Work.

  • Phased Construction The Construction Manager shall provide recommendations with regard to accelerated or fast-track scheduling, procurement, or phased construction. The Construction Manager shall take into consideration cost reductions, cost information, constructability, provisions for temporary facilities and procurement and construction scheduling issues.

  • Construction Documents Phase Services 3.4.1 Based on the Owner’s approval of the Design Development Documents, and on the Owner’s authorization of any adjustments in the Project requirements and the budget for the Cost of the Work, the Architect shall prepare Construction Documents for the Owner’s approval. The Construction Documents shall illustrate and describe the further development of the approved Design Development Documents and shall consist of Drawings and Specifications setting forth in detail the quality levels and performance criteria of materials and systems and other requirements for the construction of the Work. The Owner and Architect acknowledge that, in order to perform the Work, the Contractor will provide additional information, including Shop Drawings, Product Data, Samples and other similar submittals, which the Architect shall review in accordance with Section 3.6.4.

  • Interpretation of Contract Documents The Contract Documents shall be construed neither against nor in favor of either party, but shall be construed in a neutral manner.
