Conformance with Rules and Regulations. Lessee agrees that in all activities on or in connection with the leased premises and in all uses thereof, including the making of any alterations or changes and the installation of any machines or other improvements, it will abide by and conform to all rules and regulations prescribed by the San Diego Unified Port District Act, any ordinances of the City in which the leased land is located, including the Building Code thereof, and any ordinances and general rules of the Lessor, including tariffs, and any applicable laws of the State of California and Federal Government, as any of the same now exist or may hereafter be adopted or amended.
