CONFLICT WITH STATUTE Sample Clauses

A Conflict with Statute clause establishes that if any provision of the contract is found to be inconsistent with applicable laws or regulations, the statutory requirements will take precedence. In practice, this means that the contract will be interpreted and enforced in a way that complies with the law, and any conflicting terms may be modified or disregarded as necessary to ensure legality. This clause ensures that the contract remains valid and enforceable even if legal requirements change or are discovered to override certain terms, thereby protecting both parties from inadvertently violating the law.
