Conflict Resolution Training. Provide Conflict Resolution Training by engaging in timely training, including but not limited to, negotiation, mediation, diplomacy and creative peace building and facilitated discussions, as well as organizational assessment to resolve conflict. All written Deliverables, including any copies, shall be submitted on recycled paper and printed on double-sided pages to the maximum extent possible.

Conflict Resolution Training. All Bargaining unit Employees are required to attend a Conflict Resolution Training session organized by the employer or by an accredited organization within one (1) year of their initial start date. The Employer is responsible for ensuring this happens and that adequate funds are made available. The Employee can opt out of such training, if they show completion of similar training.

  • Conflict Resolution 15.1 In case of conflict between the project partners resulting from the interpretation or the application of this Agreement, or in connection with the activities contained within, the parties involved shall make the effort to come to an amicable arrangement rapidly and in the spirit of good cooperation.

  • UDP DNS resolution RTT Refers to the RTT of the sequence of two packets, the UDP DNS query and the corresponding UDP DNS response. If the RTT is 5 times greater than the time specified in the relevant SLR, the RTT will be considered undefined.

  • Grievance Resolution If a grievance is resolved at Step 2 or 3 in the procedure as provided herein, the grievant concerned shall indicate acceptance of the resolution by affixing his/her signature in the appropriate space indicated. If the employee has been represented by the Union at the Step of the procedure at which a resolution is reached, the Union representative shall also sign the appropriate document acknowledging that the employee has accepted the resolution. Decisions on grievances where an employee represents him/herself shall not be considered precedent setting or binding with regard to any future grievances filed with respect to the same or similar matters.
