Conflict Between Terms. It is further expressly agreed by and between the parties hereto that should there be any conflict between the terms of this instrument in the proposal of the contract, this instrument shall control and nothing herein shall be considered as an acceptance of the said terms of said proposal conflicting herewith.

In the event of a conflict between the terms of this Agreement and other applicable contracts or policies, the conflict shall be resolved by first using the terms of any applicable and governing licenses, and, if the conflict is not resolved, then using the terms and conditions of all applicable Service Partner Sign-up Forms, all applicable Statements of Work, all existing contracts and other binding agreements between you and Salsa Labs, this Agreement, and the Salsa Labs Privacy Policy, in that order of decreasing preference. Terms so applied shall only be used to the extent necessary to resolve the given conflict and only to the extent permitted under this Agreement.

As between District and Tenant, the terms and conditions of this Lease shall govern in the event of a conflict between the terms hereof and the terms and conditions of any Permitted Mortgage or any instrument relating to the loan received thereby (or any other transaction), except as may otherwise be expressly agreed to in writing by District and Tenant.
