Confirmation of Reservation. The contact person for the organization will receive one (1) email to confirm the reservation of the conference room. It will include all information about our facility and the available equipment in the room. In addition, a use agreement and a copy of this policy will be sent to the organization. The use agreement must be signed and returned to the MSU CREC Office Associate in order to complete the reservation. At this time, the organization will provide the expected number of attendees. Set up requests: Set up is at the responsibility of the user. Additional tables and chairs are available upon request. It is the users’ responsibility to return the room to its original set up. Set up must be approved in advance by the Office Associate.

Confirmation of Reservation. Reservations made through the ATB My Rewards Service Center will be confirmed in writing (either by mail or electronically by email) within two (2) weeks of verbal confirmation. In cases where time does not permit, you will be contacted by phone by a travel consultant. All ATB Supplier-specific documents may be released close to the departure date, or released according to booking specifications of the relevant ATB Supplier. Reservations completed through the Site will be confirmed with you by email at the email address you provide within no more than 24 hours of booking. Please check your SPAM settings in the event that you do not receive the travel booking email confirmation.
Confirmation of Reservation. A representative of the Cortlandville Fire District (CVFD) will confirm your reservation and supply the requestor with the LFTF policy, user agreement and checklists. When reserving the LFTF you also receive access to restrooms, including two showers, in the basement of the Regional Training Center. For live fire training, a time will be set up with the requesting agencies Instructor- in-Charge to do a building walkthrough, go over the LFTF policy, and review the Live Burn checklist one week prior to the training. For non-live fire training, a representative of the Cortlandville Fire District will speak with the Instructor-in-Charge to review all the necessary requirements of the Fire District.

Pump) • FAST/RIT Team: For live fire training the agency must provide a minimum of four (4) firefighters who have all completed the NYS OFPC FAST course and are certified interior by their local fire department to assume the role of FAST/RIT team. (See NFPA 1407) • Minimum of one Basic Life Support equipped NYS EMT. Equipped shall mean at a minimum, a trauma bag, BVM, Oxygen and AED.

Confirmation of Reservation. Reservations shall be binding only if guaranteed in full by credit card or where credit arrangements have been agreed with Lairhillock Lodge or where a deposit has been received for such reservation. Reservations accepted by Lairhillock Lodge, subject to a deposit, will be held until fourteen days before the scheduled arrival date. If the required deposit has not been received at least fourteen days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the reservation will automatically be cancelled. For bookings with a leadtime of less than fourteen days, payment of the deposit guaranteed by credit card will be required.
