Confirmation of Credit Agreement. Except as amended by this Amendment, all the provisions of the Credit Agreement remain in full force and effect from and after the date hereof, and the Borrower hereby ratifies and confirms the Credit Agreement and each of the documents executed in connection therewith. From and after the date hereof, all references in the Credit Agreement to "this Agreement", "hereof", "herein", or similar terms, shall refer to the Credit Agreement as amended by this Amendment.
Confirmation of Credit Agreement. Except as expressly provided above, the Credit Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
Confirmation of Credit Agreement. The Credit Agreement and all covenants, terms and provisions thereof, except as expressly amended and supplemented by this Agreement, shall be and continue to be in full force and effect. The Credit Agreement as amended and supplemented by this Agreement is hereby ratified and confirmed and shall from and after the date hereof continue in full force and effect as herein amended and supplemented.
Confirmation of Credit Agreement. The Credit Agreement and the other Loan Documents, except as contemplated hereby, continue to be in full force and effect and are hereby ratified and confirmed by the parties hereto. The parties acknowledge that this Agreement constitutes a "Loan Document" and the Borrower acknowledges that all representations, warranties and other terms of the Credit Agreement applicable to Loan Documents are applicable to this Agreement. The Borrower agrees that at any time and from time to time, upon the reasonable written request of the Agent, the Borrower will, and will cause any Guarantor to execute and deliver such further documents and do such further acts as the Agent may reasonably request in order to effect the purposes of this Agreement.
Confirmation of Credit Agreement. The parties acknowledge and agree that, except as amended pursuant to this Agreement and to the First Amending Agreement, the provisions of the Canadian Credit Agreement, including the guarantee granted by the Guarantor, remain in full force and effect, unamended.
Confirmation of Credit Agreement. Effective on the Effective Date, the Credit Agreement, as amended by this agreement, is hereby confirmed.
Confirmation of Credit Agreement. The Borrower, the Agent, and the Banks hereby confirm that the Credit Agreement is in full force and effect on the date hereof, and that, upon the amendments herein provided becoming effective, the Credit Agreement will continue in full force and effect in accordance with its terms, as hereby amended.
Confirmation of Credit Agreement. The Credit Agreement, as further amended by this Agreement, is hereby confirmed.
Confirmation of Credit Agreement. Except as waived hereby, all the provisions of the Credit Agreement remain in full force and effect from and after the date hereof. No current or future Events of Default are waived other than as expressly provided in Sections 2 and 3 above.
Confirmation of Credit Agreement. All of the terms and conditions of the Credit Agreement as amended, modified, restated and supplemented or otherwise affected by this First Amending Agreement are hereby confirmed and ratified by the parties and the validity and effectiveness of the Credit Agreement as so amended, modified, restated and supplemented or otherwise affected is hereby confirmed.
