CONFIGURATION SERVICES. Configuration Services are an option and may include, but are not limited to, the following:
CONFIGURATION SERVICES. 3.1.1 Licensor shall provide the configuration and related work set out in a SOW (“Configuration Services”), to be performed by Licensor to configure the Services for access and use by Client.
CONFIGURATION SERVICES. 2.1 The Supplier shall use its reasonable endeavours to perform the Configuration Services by reference to the timetable established between the parties in the Project Plan, pursuant to Schedule 2. The Supplier shall use its reasonable endeavours to meet any performance dates set out in the Project Plan, but any such dates are estimates only, and time for performance by the Supplier shall not be of the essence of this agreement.
CONFIGURATION SERVICES. 3.1 We shall use our reasonable endeavours to ensure continuity of our personnel assigned to this Agreement.
CONFIGURATION SERVICES. Upon execution of an Order to implement or modify the Configuration of an Instance, Avature will assist Customer in defining its requirements for the Configuration and will configure a sandbox Instance accordingly. Customer will be notified via e-mail that the work is available for acceptance, and upon receiving acceptance pursuant to Clause 4.5.3 (Acceptance) hereof, Avature will transfer the work to the designated production Instance.
CONFIGURATION SERVICES. Heyday shall deploy reasonable efforts to perform the configuration services described in the Business Terms, where applicable. Client acknowledges that these services will require its input and cooperation and agrees to provide same in a timely manner. Any timelines set out in the Business Terms shall be automatically postponed in the event that Client is not in a position to provide necessary information, material or responses in a timely manner. Client acknowledges that if it chooses to delay the performance of the Configuration Services, this does not result in the postponement of payment for the SaaS Fees, nor any extension to the term of this agreement. Except as expressly set out in the Business Terms, the Configuration Services are to be performed remotely by Heyday. In the event that the foregoing is not possible or desired by Client, Heyday may charge reasonable travel and living expenses for attending the premises of the Client, which Client agrees to pay upon presentation of the supporting documentation.

CONFIGURATION SERVICES. Subject to Customer’s payment of applicable fees, Company will provide the deployment, usage assistance, configuration, and/or training services (if any) (the “Professional Services”) as may be set forth in the applicable Order.
CONFIGURATION SERVICES. PickNik will perform the Configuration Services agreed to in, and in accordance with, a Statement of Work. Costs shown in any Statement of Work for Configuration Services are estimates unless otherwise stated. To the extent Customer is charged on a time and materials basis, Customer will be billed for actual time applied at PickNik’s then-current hourly rates, the total of which may be more or less than the total estimated amount in the Statement of Work.
CONFIGURATION SERVICES. If so indicated in the Cover Document, or later on agreed in a separate order, dINK nv shall configure the dINK Instance, for example by modifying the default layout and look-and-feel of the dINK Instance and/or by developing custom features for use by the Users. Where applicable, the dINK software shall also enable the Customer to perform its own Configurations.
