Confidentiality & your personal information. Personal information means the information which we collect on you via application forms, emails, letters, telephone and face to face conversations, interviews and information we may receive from our group companies. Your personal information will enable us to manage the relationship between us, respond to your enquiries and complaints, update your records with us and comply with legal requirements such as anti- money laundering and anti terrorism law and regulations as well as prevention of crime and terrorism. We will treat all personal information as private and confidential even when you are no longer a customer. We will not make your name and address or details about your account(s) known to anyone, other than in the following exceptional cases when we are allowed to do this by law;
