Common use of Confidentiality of Listing Information Clause in Contracts

Confidentiality of Listing Information. Verizon shall accord BullsEye Listing Information the same level of confidentiality that Verizon accords its own listing information, and shall use such Listing Information solely for the purpose of providing directory-related services; provided, however, that should Verizon elect to do so, it may use or license BullsEye Listing Information for directory publishing, direct marketing, or any other purpose for which Verizon uses or licenses its own listing information, so long as BullsEye Customers are not separately identified as such; and provided further that BullsEye may identify those of its Customers who request that their names not be sold for direct marketing purposes and Verizon shall honor such requests to the same extent that it does for its own Customers. Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate BullsEye for Verizon's use or licensing of BullsEye Listing Information.

Verizon shall accord BullsEye Listing Information provided by iNetworks the same level of confidentiality that Verizon accords its own listing information, and shall use such Listing Information solely for the purpose of providing directory-related services; provided, however, that should Verizon elect to do so, it may use or license BullsEye Listing Information provided by iNetworks for directory publishing, direct marketing, or any other purpose for which Verizon uses or licenses its own listing information, so long as BullsEye Reseller Customers are not separately identified as such; and provided further that BullsEye iNetworks may identify those of its Reseller Customers who request that their names not be sold for direct marketing purposes and Verizon shall honor such requests to the same extent that it does for its own Customers. Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate BullsEye iNetworks or a Reseller for Verizon's use or licensing of BullsEye Listing InformationInformation provided by iNetworks.

Verizon shall accord BullsEye Neutral Tandem Listing Information the same level of confidentiality that Verizon accords its own listing information, and shall use such Listing Information solely for the purpose of providing directory-related services; provided, however, that should Verizon elect to do so, it may use or license BullsEye Neutral Tandem Listing Information for directory publishing, direct marketing, or any other purpose for which Verizon uses or licenses its own listing information, so long as BullsEye Neutral Tandem Customers are not separately identified as such; and provided further that BullsEye Neutral Tandem may identify those of its Customers who request that their names not be sold for direct marketing purposes and Verizon shall honor such requests to the same extent that it does for its own Customers. Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate BullsEye Neutral Tandem for Verizon's use or licensing of BullsEye Neutral Tandem Listing Information.

Verizon shall accord BullsEye Intrado Comm Listing Information the same level of confidentiality that Verizon accords its own listing information, and shall use such Listing Information solely for the purpose of providing directory-related services; provided, however, that should Verizon elect to do so, it may use or license BullsEye Intrado Comm Listing Information for directory publishing, direct marketing, or any other purpose for which Verizon uses or licenses its own listing information, so long as BullsEye Intrado Comm Customers are not separately identified as such; and provided further that BullsEye Intrado Comm may identify those of its Customers who request that their names not be sold for direct marketing purposes and Verizon shall honor such requests to the same extent that it does for its own Customers. Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate BullsEye Intrado Comm for Verizon's use or licensing of BullsEye Intrado Comm Listing Information.

Verizon shall accord BullsEye InterGlobe Listing Information the same level of confidentiality that Verizon accords its own listing information, and shall use such Listing Information solely for the purpose of providing directory-related services; provided, however, that should Verizon elect to do so, it may use or license BullsEye InterGlobe Listing Information for directory publishing, direct marketing, or any other purpose for which Verizon uses or licenses its own listing information, so long as BullsEye InterGlobe Customers are not separately identified as such; and provided further that BullsEye InterGlobe may identify those of its Customers who request that their names not be sold for direct marketing purposes and Verizon shall honor such requests to the same extent that it does for its own Customers. Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate BullsEye InterGlobe for Verizon's use or licensing of BullsEye InterGlobe Listing Information.

Verizon shall accord BullsEye Voxbeam Listing Information the same level of confidentiality that Verizon accords its own listing information, and shall use such Listing Information solely for the purpose of providing directory-related services; provided, however, that should Verizon elect to do so, it may use or license BullsEye Voxbeam Listing Information for directory publishing, direct marketing, or any other purpose for which Verizon uses or licenses its own listing information, so long as BullsEye Voxbeam Customers are not separately identified as such; and provided further that BullsEye Voxbeam may identify those of its Customers who request that their names not be sold for direct marketing purposes and Verizon shall honor such requests to the same extent that it does for its own Customers. Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate BullsEye Voxbeam for Verizon's use or licensing of BullsEye Voxbeam Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate BullsEye InteleTel for Verizon's use or licensing of BullsEye InteleTel Listing Information.
