Common use of Confidentiality of Listing Information Clause in Contracts

Confidentiality of Listing Information. Verizon shall accord PNG Listing Information the same level of confidentiality that Verizon accords its own listing information, and shall use such Listing Information solely for the purpose of providing directory-related services; provided, however, that should Verizon elect to do so, it may use or license PNG Listing Information for directory publishing, direct marketing, or any other purpose for which Verizon uses or licenses its own listing information, so long as PNG Customers are not separately identified as such; and provided further that PNG may identify those of its Customers who request that their names not be sold for direct marketing purposes and Verizon shall honor such requests to the same extent that it does for its own Customers. Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate PNG for Verizon's use or licensing of PNG Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate PNG Reconex for Verizon's ’s use or licensing of PNG Reconex Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate PNG CBB for Verizon's use or licensing of PNG CBB Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate PNG Budget Phone for Verizon's ’s use or licensing of PNG Budget Phone Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate PNG CSTC for Verizon's use or licensing of PNG CSTC Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate PNG Covista for Verizon's use or licensing of PNG Covista Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate PNG Ymax for Verizon's use or licensing of PNG Ymax Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate PNG VarTec for Verizon's ’s use or licensing of PNG VarTec Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate PNG Access Point for Verizon's ’s use or licensing of PNG Access Point Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate PNG Cost Plus for Verizon's use or licensing of PNG Cost Plus Listing Information.

Verizon shall accord PNG KDL Listing Information the same level of confidentiality that Verizon accords its own listing information, and shall use such Listing Information solely for the purpose of providing directory-related services; provided, however, that should Verizon elect to do so, it may use or license PNG KDL Listing Information for directory publishing, direct marketing, or any other purpose for which Verizon uses or licenses its own listing information, so long as PNG KDL Customers are not separately identified as such; and provided further that PNG KDL may identify those of its Customers who request that their names not be sold for direct marketing purposes and Verizon shall honor such requests to the same extent that it does for its own Customers. Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate PNG KDL for Verizon's use or licensing of PNG KDL Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate PNG Connectel for Verizon's use or licensing of PNG Connectel Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate PNG MMG for Verizon's use or licensing of PNG MMG Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate PNG PW for Verizon's use or licensing of PNG PW Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate PNG Intrado for Verizon's use or licensing of PNG Intrado Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate PNG NUI for Verizon's ’s use or licensing of PNG NUI Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate PNG Northstar for Verizon's use or licensing of PNG Northstar Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate PNG Premiere for Verizon's ’s use or licensing of PNG Premiere Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate PNG MHT for Verizon's use or licensing of PNG MHT Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate PNG CTT for Verizon's use or licensing of PNG CTT Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate PNG Wide Voice for Verizon's use or licensing of PNG Wide Voice Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate PNG IG2 for Verizon's ’s use or licensing of PNG IG2 Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate PNG BCN for Verizon's use or licensing of PNG BCN Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate PNG SBCT for Verizon's ’s use or licensing of PNG SBCT Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate PNG NLG for Verizon's use or licensing of PNG NLG Listing Information.

Verizon shall accord PNG PCS Listing Information the same level of confidentiality that Verizon accords its own listing information, and shall use such Listing Information solely for the purpose of providing directory-related directory -related services; provided, however, that should Verizon elect to do so, it may use or license PNG PCS Listing Information for directory publishing, direct marketing, or any other purpose for which Verizon uses or licenses its own listing information, so long as PNG PCS Customers are not separately identified as such; and provided further that PNG PCS may identify those of its Customers who request that their names not be sold for direct marketing purposes purposes, and Verizon shall honor such requests to the same extent that it does so for its own Customers. Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate PNG PCS for Verizon's ’s use or licensing of PNG PCS Listing Information.

Confidentiality of Listing Information. Verizon shall accord PNG Onvoy Listing Information the same level of confidentiality that Verizon accords its own listing information, and shall use such Listing Information solely for the purpose of providing directory-related services; provided, however, that should Verizon elect to do so, it may use or license PNG Onvoy Listing Information for directory publishing, direct marketing, or any other purpose for which Verizon uses or licenses its own listing information, so long as PNG Onvoy Customers are not separately identified as such; and provided further that PNG Onvoy may identify those of its Customers who request that their names not be sold for direct marketing purposes and Verizon shall honor such requests to the same extent that it does for its own Customers. Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate PNG Onvoy for Verizon's use or licensing of PNG Onvoy Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate PNG New Access for Verizon's ’s use or licensing of PNG New Access Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate PNG CBAD for Verizon's use or licensing of PNG CBAD Listing Information.

Verizon shall accord PNG Prepaid Listing Information the same level of confidentiality that Verizon accords its own listing information, and shall use such Listing Information solely for the purpose of providing directory-related services; provided, however, that should Verizon elect to do so, it may use or license PNG Prepaid Listing Information for directory publishing, direct marketing, or any other purpose for which Verizon uses or licenses its own listing information, so long as PNG Prepaid Customers are not separately identified as such; and provided further that PNG Prepaid may identify those of its Customers who request that their names not be sold for direct marketing purposes purposes, and Verizon shall honor such requests to the same extent that it does so for its own Customers. Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate PNG Prepaid for Verizon's ’s use or licensing of PNG Prepaid Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate PNG Hypercube for Verizon's use or licensing of PNG Hypercube Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate PNG Norcom for Verizon's ’s use or licensing of PNG Norcom Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate PNG Quality Tel for Verizon's ’s use or licensing of PNG Quality Tel Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate PNG Mosaic for Verizon's use or licensing of PNG Mosaic Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate PNG Nettalk for Verizon's use or licensing of PNG Nettalk Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate PNG DSCI for Verizon's ’s use or licensing of PNG DSCI Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate PNG Citrix for Verizon's use or licensing of PNG Citrix Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate PNG Direct2Internet for Verizon's ’s use or licensing of PNG Direct2Internet Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate PNG Navtel for Verizon's use or licensing of PNG Navtel Listing Information.

Verizon shall accord PNG Dynalink Listing Information the same level of confidentiality that Verizon accords its own listing information, and shall use such Listing Information solely for the purpose of providing directory-related services; provided, however, that should Verizon elect to do so, it may use or license PNG Dynalink Listing Information for directory publishing, direct marketing, or any other purpose for which Verizon uses or licenses its own listing information, so long as PNG Dynalink Customers are not separately identified as such; and provided further that PNG Dynalink may identify those of its Customers who request that their names not be sold for direct marketing purposes and Verizon shall honor such requests to the same extent that it does for its own Customers. Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate PNG Dynalink for Verizon's use or licensing of PNG Dynalink Listing Information.

Confidentiality of Listing Information. Verizon shall accord PNG Smartrak Listing Information the same level of confidentiality that Verizon accords its own listing information, and shall use such Listing Information solely for the purpose of providing directory-related services; provided, however, that should Verizon elect to do so, it may use or license PNG Smartrak Listing Information for directory publishing, direct marketing, or any other purpose for which Verizon uses or licenses its own listing information, so long as PNG Smartrak Customers are not separately identified as such; and provided further that PNG Smartrak may identify those of its Customers who request that their names not be sold for direct marketing purposes and Verizon shall honor such requests to the same extent that it does for its own Customers. Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate PNG Smartrak for Verizon's use or licensing of PNG Smartrak Listing Information.

Verizon shall accord PNG MTC Listing Information the same level of confidentiality that Verizon accords its own listing information, and shall use such Listing Information solely for the purpose of providing directory-related services; provided, however, that should Verizon elect to do so, it may use or license PNG MTC Listing Information for directory publishing, direct marketing, or any other purpose for which Verizon uses or licenses its own listing information, so long as PNG MTC Customers are not separately identified as such; and provided further that PNG MTC may identify those of its Customers who request that their names not be sold for direct marketing purposes and Verizon shall honor such requests to the same extent that it does for its own Customers. Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate PNG MTC for Verizon's use or licensing of PNG MTC Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate PNG One Voice for Verizon's use or licensing of PNG One Voice Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate PNG Cinergy for Verizon's ’s use or licensing of PNG Cinergy Listing Information.

Verizon shall accord PNG Bandwidth Listing Information the same level of confidentiality that Verizon accords its own listing information, and shall use such Listing Information solely for the purpose of providing directory-related services; provided, however, that should Verizon elect to do so, it may use or license PNG Bandwidth Listing Information for directory publishing, direct marketing, or any other purpose for which Verizon uses or licenses its own listing information, so long as PNG Bandwidth Customers are not separately identified as such; and provided further that PNG Bandwidth may identify those of its Customers who request that their names not be sold for direct marketing purposes and Verizon shall honor such requests to the same extent that it does for its own Customers. Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate PNG Bandwidth for Verizon's use or licensing of PNG Bandwidth Listing Information.

Verizon shall accord PNG First Comm Listing Information the same level of confidentiality that Verizon accords its own listing information, and shall use such Listing Information solely for the purpose of providing directory-related services; provided, however, that should Verizon elect to do so, it may use or license PNG First Comm Listing Information for directory publishing, direct marketing, or any other purpose for which Verizon uses or licenses its own listing information, so long as PNG First Comm Customers are not separately identified as such; and provided further that PNG First Comm may identify those of its Customers who request that their names not be sold for direct marketing purposes and Verizon shall honor such requests to the same extent that it does for its own Customers. Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate PNG First Comm for Verizon's use or licensing of PNG First Comm Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate PNG DMJ for Verizon's ’s use or licensing of PNG DMJ Listing Information.

Verizon shall accord PNG BTI Listing Information the same level of confidentiality that Verizon accords its own listing information, and shall use such Listing Information solely for the purpose of providing directory-related services; provided, however, that should Verizon elect to do so, it may use or license PNG BTI Listing Information for directory publishing, direct marketing, or any other purpose for which Verizon uses or licenses its own listing information, so long as PNG BTI Customers are not separately identified as such; and provided further that PNG BTI may identify those of its Customers who request that their names not be sold for direct marketing purposes purposes, and Verizon shall honor such requests to the same extent that it does so for its own Customers. Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate PNG BTI for Verizon's ’s use or licensing of PNG BTI Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate PNG OneStar for Verizon's ’s use or licensing of PNG OneStar Listing Information.

Verizon shall accord PNG Winco Listing Information the same level of confidentiality that Verizon accords its own listing information, and shall use such Listing Information solely for the purpose of providing directory-related services; provided, however, that should Verizon elect to do so, it may use or license PNG Winco Listing Information for directory publishing, direct marketing, or any other purpose for which Verizon uses or licenses its own listing information, so long as PNG Winco Customers are not separately identified as such; and provided further that PNG Winco may identify those of its Customers who request that their names not be sold for direct marketing purposes purposes, and Verizon shall honor such requests to the same extent that it does so for its own Customers. Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate PNG Winco for Verizon's ’s use or licensing of PNG Winco Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate PNG Xxxxxx for Verizon's use or licensing of PNG Xxxxxx Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate PNG NOW for Verizon's ’s use or licensing of PNG NOW Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate PNG Tech Com for Verizon's ’s use or licensing of PNG Tech Com Listing Information.

Verizon shall accord PNG Selectel Listing Information the same level of confidentiality that Verizon accords its own listing information, and shall use such Listing Information solely for the purpose of providing directory-related services; provided, however, that should Verizon elect to do so, it may use or license PNG Selectel Listing Information for directory publishing, direct marketing, or any other purpose for which Verizon uses or licenses its own listing information, so long as PNG Selectel Customers are not separately identified as such; and provided further that PNG Selectel may identify those of its Customers who request that their names not be sold for direct marketing purposes and Verizon shall honor such requests to the same extent that it does for its own Customers. Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate PNG Selectel for Verizon's use or licensing of PNG Selectel Listing Information.

Verizon shall accord PNG PEG Listing Information the same level of confidentiality that Verizon accords its own listing information, and shall use such Listing Information solely for the purpose of providing directory-related services; provided, however, that should Verizon elect to do so, it may use or license PNG PEG Listing Information for directory publishing, direct marketing, or any other purpose for which Verizon uses or licenses its own listing information, so long as PNG PEG Customers are not separately identified as such; and provided further that PNG PEG may identify those of its Customers who request that their names not be sold for direct marketing purposes and Verizon shall honor such requests to the same extent that it does for its own Customers. Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate PNG PEG for Verizon's use or licensing of PNG PEG Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate PNG Intrado for Verizon's ’s use or licensing of PNG Intrado Listing Information.
