Common use of CONFIDENTIALITY OF DATA Clause in Contracts

CONFIDENTIALITY OF DATA. A. All financial, statistical, personal, technical, or other data and information relative to the County’s operations, which are designated confidential by the County and made available to the Contractor in order to carry out this agreement, shall be protected by the Contractor from unauthorized use and disclosure.
