Common use of CONFIDENTIALITY OF DATA Clause in Contracts

CONFIDENTIALITY OF DATA. A. All financial, statistical, personal, technical, or other data and information relative to the COUNTY’s operations, which are designated confidential by the COUNTY and made available to the CONSULTANT in order to carry out this Agreement, shall be protected by the CONSULTANT from unauthorized use and disclosure, and shall not be made available to any individual or organization by the CONSULTANT without the prior written approval of the COUNTY.
