Common use of Confidentiality and Noncompetition Clause in Contracts

Confidentiality and Noncompetition. 10.1 The Executive shall not, during or after the Term of this Agreement, without the prior written consent of the Company disclose to any entity or person any information which is treated as confidential by the Company or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates (each, a "Company Entity"), and is not generally known or available in to the public, provided, that the Executive may make disclosures of such confidential information (i) during the Term of this Agreement in the course of and to the extent required by and consistent with the performance of his duties hereunder, and (ii) to the extent required by law or legal process.
