(a) Employee acknowledges that Employee has had or shall have unlimited access to Confidential Information (as defined below) and business methods relating to the Company's Business and operations and that the Company would be injured and the goodwill of the Company would be damaged if Employee were to breach the covenants set forth in this Paragraph 8.
