Confidential Information means. (a) any confidential, non-public or proprietary information relating to the business, assets or affairs of the Group; and
Confidential Information means. (i) (in relation to the obligations of the Purchaser) any information received or held by the Purchaser (or any of its Related Parties) relating to the Target Entities or the Sellers; or

Confidential Information means. 1. any information disclosed by either party to the other party, either directly or indirectly, in writing, orally or by inspection of tangible objects, including, without limitation, algorithms, business plans, your data, your lists, your names, designs documents, drawings, engineering information, financial analysis, forecasts, formulas, hardware configuration information, knowhow, ideas, inventions, market information, marketing plans, processes, products, product plans, research, specifications, software, source code, trade secrets or any other information which is designated as confidential, proprietary or some similar designation; and
Confidential Information means a. Confidential Vendor information means any information about a Vendor (whether it is obtained from the Vendor or another source) that individually identifies the Vendor, except for Vendor’s name, address, telephone number, web site/e-mail address, store type, and authorization status.
