Common use of Confidential Information Agreement Clause in Contracts

Confidential Information Agreement. As a condition of employment, Executive acknowledges Executive’s continuing obligations pursuant to Executive’s Restrictive Covenant and Proprietary Information and Inventions Assignment Agreement with the Company, dated as of the date hereof (the “Confidentiality Agreement”).

Confidential Information Agreement. As a condition of employment, Executive acknowledges Executive’s continuing obligations pursuant to Executive’s Restrictive Covenant the At-Will Employment, Confidential Information, Invention Assignment and Proprietary Information and Inventions Assignment Arbitration Agreement that Executive entered into with the Company, dated as on or around the date of the date hereof Existing Agreement (the “Confidentiality Agreement”). In the event of a conflict between the terms of this Agreement and the Confidentiality Agreement, this Agreement shall control.

Confidential Information Agreement. As a condition of employment, Executive acknowledges Executive’s continuing obligations pursuant to Executive’s Restrictive Covenant and Proprietary Information and Inventions Assignment Agreement with the Company, dated as of the date hereof Company (the “Confidentiality Agreement”).

Confidential Information Agreement. As a condition of employment, Executive acknowledges Executive’s continuing obligations pursuant to Executive’s Restrictive Covenant and Proprietary Information and Inventions Assignment the Protective Covenants Agreement that Executive entered into with the Company, dated as of the date hereof of the Existing Agreement (the “Confidentiality Agreement”), provided that the Parties agree that all references to the Company in the Confidentiality Agreement shall refer to the Company Group. In the event of a conflict between the terms of this Agreement and the Confidentiality Agreement, this Agreement shall control.

In the event of a conflict between the terms of this Agreement and the Confidentiality Agreement, this Agreement shall control.

As a condition of employment, Executive acknowledges Executive’s continuing obligations pursuant to Executive’s Restrictive Covenant and Proprietary Information and Inventions Assignment Agreement with the CompanyProtective Covenants Agreement, dated as of the date hereof (the “Confidentiality Agreement”), that Executive is obligated to enter into with the Company simultaneous with executing this Agreement. In the event of a conflict between the terms of this Agreement and the Confidentiality Agreement, this Agreement shall control.
