Confidential Continued Employment/Separation Agreement. This Confidential Continued Employment/Separation Agreement (the “Agreement”) sets forth an amicable arrangement for the termination of your employment by providing you with Continued Employment, pay and benefits in exchange for, among other things, a release of claims. This Agreement is not an acknowledgement of wrongdoing by you or the Company. If you enter into this Agreement, you agree that you are doing so voluntarily.
