CONFIDENCE IN THE INSTRUCTIONS. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in these General Conditions or in the Contract, the Contractor declares that it is aware of and accepts that:  The Contracting Party relies upon and acts upon instructions transmitted by telephone, fax, e-mail or other electronic means by the Contractor (or by any person authorized by the Contractor) that the Contracting Party in good faith believes to be genuine.  Except in the event of willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the Contracting Party or any of its employees, the Contracting Party shall not be liable, and shall remain exempt from any liability, to the Contractor for any loss, cost or damage that may be directly or indirectly incurred or suffered by the Contractor arising out of or in connection with the payment to the Supplier's Account Number or any payment made in accordance with and in reliance on the instructions received, as referred to in the immediately preceding paragraph. All printed or computer copies of this document not hosted in ACCIONA systems are considered NON-CONTROLLED. (Except copies explicitly stamped as CONTROLLED COPY)

  • COMMUNICATIONS BETWEEN THE PARTIES A copy of all communications relating to the subject matter of this Agreement between the Issuer and any Paying Agent (other than the Agent) shall be sent to the Agent.

  • Zone File Access Agreement Registry Operator will enter into an agreement with any Internet user, which will allow such user to access an Internet host server or servers designated by Registry Operator and download zone file data. The agreement will be standardized, facilitated and administered by a Centralized Zone Data Access Provider, which may be ICANN or an ICANN designee (the “CZDA Provider”). Registry Operator (optionally through the CZDA Provider) will provide access to zone file data per Section 2.1.3 of this Specification and do so using the file format described in Section 2.1.4 of this Specification. Notwithstanding the foregoing, (a) the CZDA Provider may reject the request for access of any user that does not satisfy the credentialing requirements in Section 2.1.2 below; (b) Registry Operator may reject the request for access of any user that does not provide correct or legitimate credentials under Section 2.1.2 below or where Registry Operator reasonably believes will violate the terms of Section 2.1.5. below; and, (c) Registry Operator may revoke access of any user if Registry Operator has evidence to support that the user has violated the terms of Section 2.1.5 below.

  • Form instructions 1. This form does not mandate the use of a specific font size or style but the font must be legible.
