Common use of Conference Committee Clause in Contracts

Conference Committee. A Conference Committee consisting of three (3) persons appointed by the Employer and three (3) persons elected by the members of the unit shall be established for the purpose of considering suggestions for improvements in quality of patient care, employee relations, or any other matter of mutual concern to the employees and the Employer. The Conference Committee shall establish a mutually agreeable meeting schedule. Committee members shall suffer no loss of pay if they attend Conference Committee meetings with Employer representatives while on duty status.
