Conduct of the Activity. B1.1.1 Your Organisation must carry out the Activity in accordance with this Agreement and each relevant Individual Support Plan (ISP) for the Activity and: within the Activity Period and so as to meet any Milestones and other timeframes and requirements specified in this Agreement; diligently, efficiently, effectively and in good faith to a high standard and so as to achieve the Program’s Objectives and achieve value with the Grant funds; so as to ensure that Your Organisation and Your Organisation’s Personnel comply with: all applicable Laws, including maintaining all qualifications, permits, registrations and licences required for the lawful performance of the Activity; any codes of ethics, regulations or other industry standards relevant to the Activity; any Commonwealth policy specified in the DSOA Program Manual or other policy of which the Department otherwise gives Your Organisation notice; the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission’s quality standards, available from the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission website; and any training or qualification requirements specified in this Agreement and the DSOA Program Manual.

  • Conduct of the Business Each of the Company and Parent covenants and agrees that:

  • Conduct of the Project C.1. The Proposer agrees to do the work set out in the Proposal in accordance with good standards relevant to such undertakings, and shall expend funds received hereunder only in accordance with such Proposal and the requirements of this Agreement.

Forest Service may make exceptions for occa- sional trees inadvertently not cut or trees or pieces not removed for good reason, including possible damage to forest resources or gross economic impracticability at the time of removal of other timber. Logging shall be con- ducted in accordance with the following, unless C6.4 pro- visions set forth requirements to meet special or unusual logging conditions:

None of the Limited Partners nor any other Person shall have any rights by virtue of this Agreement or the partnership relationship established hereby in any such business ventures, interests or activities, and the General Partner shall have no obligation pursuant to this Agreement to offer any interest in any such business ventures, interests and activities to the Partnership or any Limited Partner, even if such opportunity is of a character which, if presented to the Partnership or any Limited Partner, could be taken by such Person.

  • Conduct of the Hearing The arbitrator shall hold the hearing in Portland, Oregon unless otherwise agreed to by the parties. The hearing shall commence within sixty (60) working days of the arbitrator's acceptance of the case, unless both parties agree to an extension of time. If the arbitrator or either party requests that post-hearing briefs be submitted, the arbitrator shall establish a date for the submission of such briefs and the hearing will be deemed to have been closed by such date.
