CONDUCT OF RENOVATION; COSTS. The applicable Loan Party shall complete the Renovation promptly, in a good and workmanlike manner and in accordance with the Renovation Plans. All costs and expenses of any Renovation, including, without limitation, the cost and expenses of complying with this Section 5.12, shall be for the account of Borrower.
