Collaborator shall indemnify and hold harmless the U.S. Government for any loss, claim, damage, or liability of any kind to Collaborator’s Project Team arising in connection with this CRADA except to the extent that such loss, claim damage or liability arises from the gross negligence or wrongful acts of NIST or its employees. NIST’s responsibility for payment of tort claims in connection with the performance of work under this CRADA is governed by the Federal Tort Claims Act.
Conduct of Employees. Contractor will control the conduct, demeanor, and appearance of its officers, agents, employees, and representatives. Cashiers, Shift Supervisors and all other public-facing employees, while on duty, shall wear uniforms with clearly visible and readable name tags which shall be maintained in a neat and clean condition in order to present a professional appearance at all times. Uniforms and nametags shall be pre-approved by County’s Project Manager. All of Contractor’s personnel shall be trained by Contractor to render a high degree of courteous and efficient service; it is the responsibility of Contractor to maintain close supervision over such personnel to assure a high standard of service to all Parking Facilities patrons. Upon County’s Project Manager’s objection to the conduct, demeanor, or appearance of any such personnel, Contractor shall immediately take all steps necessary to correct the conduct, demeanor, or appearance which is the cause of the objection. Failing that, Contractor shall promptly remove and replace problem personnel.
Conduct of Employees. All XREE employees who are engaged in the provision of the Services for LVRE shall be Qualified, and shall perform their duties in a courteous, efficient and safe manner.
Conduct of Employees. 9:01 Each employee shall observe standards of behaviour consistent with his functions and role as a public servant and as a member of the Law Society of Manitoba and in compliance with the terms of this Agreement and the employee shall observe his oath of office and oath of allegiance where he has taken an oath of allegiance.
Conduct of Employees. Collaborator's Project Team assigned to this SoW are not employees of NOAA/NWS. The Collaborator shall indemnify and hold harmless the U.S. Government for any loss, claim, damage, or liability of any kind to the Collaborator's Project Team arising in connection with this Agreement, except to the extent that such loss, claim damage or liability arises from the negligence of NOAA/NWS or its employees. NOAA/NWS's responsibility for the payment of claims for the loss of property, personal injury or death, or otherwise arising out of any negligent act or omission of its employees in connection with the performance of work under this Agreement shall be governed by the Federal Tort Claims Act.
