Conduct during dispute. 11.3.1 An Employee who is a party to a dispute must, while the dispute is being resolved: ▪ Continue to work in accordance with their contract of employment, unless the employee has a reasonable concern about an imminent risk to his or her health or safety; and ▪ Comply with any reasonable direction given by his or her employer to perform other available work, either at the same workplace or at another workplace.

Conduct during dispute. If the Dispute Resolution process described in Section 9.12 is in progress, BiblioCommons shall continue to provide the Service to Subscriber, and Subscriber shall continue to make any payments required under this Agreement. If, at the conclusion of the dispute resolution process, it is determined that such payments were not required to be made, all such amounts shall be refunded by BiblioCommons with simple interest at 1% per month.

  • Performance During Dispute Pending the submission of and/or decision on a Dispute and until the arbitral award is published, the Parties shall continue to perform their respective obligations under this Agreement without prejudice to a final adjustment in accordance with such award.

  • Resolving Disputes The Company and the customer will use all reasonable endeavours to resolve any dispute between them. If they cannot resolve their dispute between them, they will:-

  • Commencing Dispute Resolution 13.3.1 Dispute Resolution shall commence upon one Party’s receipt of written Notice of a controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or its breach. Any disputes concerning the interpretation or application of this agreement shall be settled by friendly consultations between the Parties.

This Agreement, and all claims, disputes or disagreements arising out of or connected with this Agreement, its validity or any breach thereof, shall be governed by the laws in effect in the State of Texas (excluding conflicts of laws provisions), and to the extent applicable to maritime issues, the maritime laws of the United States (excluding conflict of laws provisions).

  • APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION 11.1 The execution, validity, performance and interpretation of this Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the PRC.
