The Conduct and Behavior clause sets expectations for how parties should act during the course of their relationship under the agreement. Conduct and Behavior. When booking the Property, the Lessee shall be responsible for the Guests’ behavior. If any Guest behaves in an inappropriate manner, the Owner and/or the Representative, at their absolute discretion, may ask the offending party to leave the Property. In this case, no refund shall be claimed by the Lessee. In addition, the Owner and the Representative reserve the right to enter the Property at a reasonable time in order to gain access to complete repairs, perform maintenance, or to show the Property to prospective lessee.
Conduct and Behavior. In the event your child is unable to conform to the rules relating to appropriate conduct and behavior, or if it is determined through ongoing observation and evaluation by administration and faculty that your child’s developmental needs cannot be met, the administration has the right to require that your child be withdrawn. In such an event, all tuition and fees, which are due and payable, will be prorated and re-billed to the withdrawal date. Should Xxxxxxxxx Preschool incur attorney fees, court costs, or other expenses in collecting the balance due, the enrolled child’s Parents or Guardians shall agree to pay all such costs forthwith, and that the same shall be considered as additional fees due. Deposits, fees, and expenses shall be paid when stipulated by Xxxxxxxxx Preschool.
Conduct and Behavior. HSCF reserves the right and Exhibitors consent to HSCF’s right to decline, prohibit and/or cause to be removed any exhibit, Exhibitor, or proposed exhibit or Exhibitor that, in HSCF’s sole opinion, is not suitable for, is, or might be disruptive to the Convention. HSCF may exercise this right at any time prior to or during the Convention. This reservation concerns entities, persons, sponsors, items, audio or video, digital recordings, images, printed matter, conduct of the Exhibitor and/or Exhibitor’s employees, brokers, or agents either before or during the Convention and all other things that in HSCF’s sole opinion may adversely affect HSCF, the Convention, visitors, and other members of the hunting community. HSCF reserves the right to prohibit from exhibiting at the Convention any outfitter, guide or professional hunter who is not a member in good standing of a recognized regional, state, provincial or national professional hunting association. HSCF may remove any Exhibitor from the Convention who, in the sole opinion of HSCF, (i) breaches any of the provisions of this agreement; (ii) causes a disruption of the Convention by said Exhibitor’s conduct or behavior after receiving a verbal warning against such continued conduct or behavior; (iii) engages in conduct or behavior that endangers the health, safety or well-being of any other Exhibitor, attendee, HSCF employee, volunteer or Convention vendor or (iv) violates any rules, policies, or procedures set forth in this agreement or hereinafter adopted by HSCF. If HSCF exercises its absolute right to prohibit any exhibit, Exhibitor, or proposed exhibit and such right is exercised at least 60 days prior to the then upcoming Convention, HSCF shall refund to Exhibitor any booth payment made by Exhibitor for said booth(s) at the then upcoming Convention. Exhibitor acknowledges and agrees that Exhibitor is not entitled to any other payment, refund, or damages which may result from, or be caused by, HSCF’s exercise of any right set forth herein under any circumstances.

Conduct and Behavior. To make everyone’s vacation enjoyable, appropriate conduct and behavior by all renters and guests is essential. Appropriate conduct and behavior will be determined solely at the discretion of the manager or Resort host. Inappropriate conduct and misbehavior may result in immediate eviction without a refund. We also reserve the right to not rent to you again. An adult must supervise all minors, and the primary Renter must be at least 25 years old. The Resort is not to be used for parties, or for gatherings beyond the registered number of guests.

Conduct and Behavior. As a participant in the Tour, you represent the goals, principles, and values of First Stamp. Being a part of the First Stamp community means you will treat your guides, mentors, fellow participants, and First Stamp representatives with kindness, respect, and courtesy and at all times follow First Stamp’s Cultural and Behavior Standards ("Behavior Standards”) and any instructions provided by First Stamp. Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. Period. We are here for you, but you have to be there for others. If you engage in inappropriate or otherwise unacceptable behavior, First Stamp may take any action it deems appropriate, up to and including your dismissal from the Tour without warning, and if appropriate, the involvement of local law enforcement. Further, you are solely responsible for all costs or damages incurred as a result of your unacceptable behavior or conduct. First Stamp reserves the right to modify, repeat, accelerate any procedures outlined in the Behavior Standards or not use the outlined processes as the situation demands. Your participation in the Tour is voluntary. If you no longer wish to participate in the Tour at any time during the term of this Agreement for any reason, you must give First Stamp written notice and you agree to work with First Stamp in good faith to determine next steps. If you choose to leave the Tour before the Return Date, First Stamp will not be responsible for any additional cost associated with your early return (e.g., travel costs).
Conduct and Behavior a. Commission of an act which is or may constitute a crime; b. Holding of unauthorized meeting at CLIENT's premises that would adversely affect CLIENT's operation/activities; c. Commission of an illegal or immoral act within CLIENT's premises; d. Carrying prohibited weapons or banned objects within e. Fighting or attempting bodily harm on any person except in self-defense while within CLIENT's premises or while performing work for CLIENT whether within or outside its premises; f. Malicious mischief or horseplay resulting in injury to persons or destruction of CLIENT's property for which it may be held liable; g. Intimidations or coercion of fellow CONTRACTORS’ workers, CLIENT's personnel, customers, guests and/or any person, in any manner which adversely affects CLIENT's interests; h. Concealing a disease which endangers fellow CONTRACTORS’ workers or CLIENT's personnel and guests; i. Refusal to submit to or failure to meet security requirements of CLIENT or being in the opinion of CLIENT, a poor security risk; j. Intentionally damaging CLIENT's property or any property for which CONTRACTOR’s may be held liable; and k. Failure to carry out instructions of superiors and/or
Conduct and Behavior. Behavior that disturbs or creates a nuisance for others as reasonably determined by the Marina Harbormaster is not permitted. Complaints regarding Tenant or other customer or tenant behavior shall be referred to the Marina Harbormaster. In a case of emergency, call 911. Repeated nuisance behavior by Tenant, may result in termination of this liveaboard moorage authorization and agreement. 22.
Conduct and Behavior. Contractor personnel are expected to behave in a professional manner and are prohibited from exhibiting any obscene or otherwise objectionable or offensive behavior, language, body action, etc., as defined by INTEGRIS. Fighting and/or horseplay are not condoned on any INTEGRIS property. These are “no tolerance” offenses. Contractor personnel should always be respectful of their environment and others, especially in patient care areas. Hallway conversations, phone and radio communications in patient care areas should be kept to a minimum and low in volume to avoid disturbing patients and visitors.
