Conditions to the Initial Loan. The making of the initial Loan is subject to the fulfillment of the following conditions precedent in a manner satisfactory to the Lender on or before the Closing Date (all documents and certificates (other than the Note) being delivered in sufficient copies to enable delivery to the Lender):
