Common use of Conditions to all Credit Extensions Clause in Contracts

Conditions to all Credit Extensions. The obligation of each Lender to honor any Request for Credit Extension after the Closing Date (including a Request for Credit Extension relating to an advance under an Incremental Facility but excluding a Loan Notice requesting a borrowing of Loans on the Closing Date, a borrowing of Delayed Draw Term A Loans or only a conversion of Loans to the other Type or a continuation of Eurocurrency Rate Loans) is subject only to the following conditions precedent:

Conditions to all Credit Extensions. The obligation of each Lender to honor any Request for Credit Extension after the Closing Date (including other than a Request for Credit Extension relating to an advance under an Incremental Facility but excluding a Committed Loan Notice requesting a borrowing of Loans on the Closing Date, a borrowing of Delayed Draw Term A Loans or only a conversion of Loans to the other Type Type, or a continuation of Eurocurrency Rate Loans) Loans or Term SOFR Loans and other than a Request for Credit Extension in connection with an Incremental Amendment, which shall be governed by ‎Section 2.14(d)), other than on the Closing Date, is subject only to the following conditions precedent:

Conditions to all Credit Extensions.
