Conditions Solely for the Benefit of the City. All conditions precedent are solely for the benefit of the City, its successors and assigns, and no other person shall have standing to require satisfaction of any condition and no other person shall be deemed to be a beneficiary of any such condition, any and all of which may be freely waived in whole or in part by the City at any time the City deems it advisable to do so.
