Conditions Required of Transmission Customers. Firm Point-To-Point Transmission Service as Through or Out Service will be provided only if the following conditions are satisfied by the Transmission Customer: a. The Transmission Customer has pending a Completed Application for service, if required pursuant to Section 26; b. In the case of a Non-Participant, the Transmission Customer meets the creditworthiness criteria set forth in Section 11; c. The Transmission Customer will have arrangements in place for any other transmission service necessary to effect the delivery from the generating source to the Point of Receipt prior to the time service under the Tariff commences; d.
