Conditions Precedent to the Original Closing Date. The obligations of each Lender to fund the Credit Extensions to Holdings and ACCO Canadian Subsidiary (as defined in the Original Credit Agreement) on the Original Closing Date requested to be made by it were subject to the satisfaction of the conditions precedent set forth in Section 4.02 of the Original Credit Agreement.
