Conditions Precedent to Initial Extension of Credit. The obligation of the Lenders to make Advances on the occasion of the initial Borrowing, of any Swing Line Bank to make the initial Swing Line Advance and of any LC Issuing Bank to issue the first Letter of Credit (including the deemed issuance of the Existing Letters of Credit hereunder) is subject to the condition that, on or prior to the date of such first Extension of Credit, the Administrative Agent shall have received the following, each dated as of the same date (unless otherwise indicated), and each in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent:
