A waiver by the Banks of a condition must be in writing to be effective and a waiver as to one or more conditions shall not constitute a waiver as to other conditions and shall not establish a “course of dealing or practice” that would require a waiver of the same or a similar condition at some later time. A waiver shall not be deemed effective against the rights of a Bank unless expressly given by such Bank.
