  • Termination or Cancellation In addition to the procedures set forth in Section 15.6, above, this Agreement is also subject to the following termination provisions:

  • Cancellation or Termination The Provider is the responsible party for honoring cancellation requests. Such requests must be received in writing. If the participant terminates the agreement before its agreement ends or if he/she fails to follow the agreement in accordance with the rules, he/she shall have to refund the amount of the grant already paid, except if agreed differently with the sending organisation. In case of termination by the participant due to "force majeure", i.e. an unforeseeable exceptional situation or event beyond the participant's control and not attributable to error or negligence on his/her part, the participant shall be entitled to receive at least the amount of the grant corresponding to the actual duration of the mobility period. Any remaining funds shall have to be refunded, except if agreed differently with the sending organisation.

  • TERMINATION OF THE MOU Either Party may terminate this MOU through written notice to the other party given not later than the last calendar day in December and to be effective for the ensuing academic fall semester. In the event of termination, the School District, School and College will prepare an agreeable plan of dissolution in accordance with all Applicable Laws to be submitted and approved by the authorized representatives from both Parties as listed herein.
