Common use of CONDITIONS OF SALE Clause in Contracts

CONDITIONS OF SALE. 1. This sale by Public Auction is made by Malayan Banking Berhad in exercise of the rights and powers conferred upon the Bank pursuant to the Novation Agreement/Sale Agreement cum Assignment/Deed of Assignment/Power of Attorney and such other documents and executed by “the Customer(s)” as stipulated in the Proclamation of Sale and Contract of Sale in favour of the Bank and is made subject to all conditions and category of land use, express or implied or imposed upon or relating to or affecting the property.
