Common use of Conditions of Initial Borrowing Clause in Contracts

Conditions of Initial Borrowing. The obligation of each Lender to make Loans and the obligation of the Issuing Bank to issue the Letter of Credit on the Closing Date hereunder is subject to satisfaction of the following conditions precedent each in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent (acting on the instructions of all Lenders and the Issuing Bank):
