Conditions of Grant. 6.1 Licensee agrees that any Licensed Products for use or sale in the United States will be substantially manufactured in the United States. Licensee is responsible for ensuring that this U.S. manufacture requirement is included in all sublicenses granted by Licensee and Bioamber.

For the avoidance of doubt, the obligations in clause 12A of this agreement are in addition to any obligations imposed upon Academy proprietors directly in legislation or regulations. 3 This obligation is in addition to the obligation to comply with the duties to publish information imposed upon the governing bodies of maintained special schools set out in the Education (Special Educational Needs) (Information) Regulations 1999 (as amended from time to time) which clause 12A has the effect of imposing.
