Conditions of Effectiveness of Amendments. The amendments to the Credit Agreement set forth in Section 1 shall become effective on the date (the “Third Amendment Effective Date”) when each of the conditions set forth in this Section 3 shall have been satisfied and this Amendment, including the waivers and agreements set forth in Section 2(b), shall become effective on the date (the “Waiver Effective Date”) when the conditions set forth in Section 3(a)(i) below shall have been satisfied:
