CONDITIONS FOR CONVEYANCE. The Parties agree to work towards finalizing the conveyance from City to District by meeting certain milestones prior to the Close of Escrow and other milestones subsequent to the Close of Escrow. Any of the following milestones can be changed by mutual agreement of the Parties. Any event can occur earlier than stated and any process can commence sooner than stated in this section. While milestones stated herein represent the Parties best estimate at this time of the latest any event can occur, the intent of the Parties is to meet each milestone as early as possible in order to meet the Legislative Conditions of SB 178. The Parties agree to meet each of the following milestones in furtherance of the Legislative Conditions of SB 178 and to consummate the transaction for conveyance of land from the City to the District:
