CONDITIONS Conditions. 7.1 This Agreement is conditional upon the Vendor obtaining all necessary building, subdivisional and other consents and approvals relating to the Development on terms and conditions to the satisfaction of the Vendor on or before 30th November 2020. For the purposes of this Agreement that date shall be the Confirmation Date. This clause is included for the sole benefit of the Vendor and may be waived by the Vendor.
