Common use of CONDITIONS APPLY Clause in Contracts

CONDITIONS APPLY. Until this Global Security has been exchanged as provided herein or cancelled in accordance with the Fiscal Agency Agreement, the bearer of this Global Security shall be subject to the Conditions and, subject as otherwise provided herein, shall be entitled to the same rights and benefits under the Conditions as if it were the holder of Definitive Securities and the related Talons and Coupons in the denomination of EUR 100,000 and in an aggregate principal amount equal to the principal amount of Securities represented by this Global Security.
