Premium Payment The Bank shall pay any premiums due on the Policy.
CONDITION PRECEDENT The obligations of the parties to this Agreement are subject to the Receiver and the Corporation having received at or before Bank Closing evidence reasonably satisfactory to each of any necessary approval, waiver, or other action by any governmental authority, the board of directors of the Assuming Institution, or other third party, with respect to this Agreement and the transactions contemplated hereby, the closing of the Failed Bank and the appointment of the Receiver, the chartering of the Assuming Institution, and any agreements, documents, matters or proceedings contemplated hereby or thereby.
Certification Premium Nurses certified in a specialty area by a national organization and working in that area of certification shall be paid a premium of one dollar ($1) per hour, provided the particular certification has been approved by the Chief Operating Officer, or designee, and further provided that the nurse continues to meet all educational and other requirements to keep the certification current and in good standing. If a nurse is involuntarily transferred to a position in which the nurse is not working in the area of certification, the nurse will continue to receive this premium until the nurse's certification expires.
PERSONAL SATISFACTION AS A CONDITION PRECEDENT The obligations of County as provided in this Agreement are expressly conditioned upon Contractor’s compliance with the provisions of this Agreement to the personal satisfaction of the County. County shall determine compliance in good faith as a reasonable person would under the circumstances.
Premium Payments If an employee with at least three years of service in the employ of the Shaker Heights Board of Education should exhaust his/her sick leave within the time specifications of this contract and is granted a leave of absence by the Board, the Board shall continue to pay his/her premiums in accordance with his/her work assignment for the following fringe benefits for a period not to exceed twelve (12) months. The payment of such premiums will cease on the effective date an employee retires, resigns, goes on disability retirement or his/her contract is terminated.

Payment of Premiums Each Borrower shall punctually pay all premiums or other sums payable in respect of the obligatory insurances effected by it and produce all relevant receipts when so required by the Security Trustee.
