CONDITION OF THE SPACE. You acknowledge careful inspection of the space, physical improvements in the common facilities, amenities, and services and facilities. You acknowledge all to be acceptable, safe and as represented by us. If they are not exactly as represented, you agree to accept them as they are based on you inspection. We advise retention of a professional to inspect any features with which you may have limited knowledge or experience. If there are any defects or complaints, please list them here:

CONDITION OF THE SPACE. We ask that you do not move furniture around or from room to room. PROPERTY DAMAGE Students will be billed for the repair work for any damage they cause. SUPPLIES You are responsible for providing your own cleaning supplies, paper towels, toiletries and toilet paper. TRASH & RECYCLABLES You are responsible for removing the trash when it is full. Please follow Trash and recycling instructions found on Housing sheet.
CONDITION OF THE SPACE. Lessor does not warrant or represent that any minimum or maximum temperature or humidity will be maintained at any time during the term. Lessee further understands that there is a risk of mold and/or mildew to Lessee’s Personal Property and that Lessor assumes no liability for such risk.

Organization will clean the Space and remove any leftover food or materials. If any tables are moved, the tables must be returned to original position. If additional tables are needed, notify ATSU one week prior to event. Organization will forfeit deposit and may incur additional charges if ATSU is required to clean the Space.
CONDITION OF THE SPACE. The State makes no specific warranties, expressed or implied, concerning the title or condition of the Space, and the Permittee agrees to accept the Space “as is.” The State does not warrant the environmental condition of the Space.
CONDITION OF THE SPACE. The Premises are licensed in their present condition, “AS IS”, without any representations or warranties of any kind, except that Licensor warrants that it has all licenses and permits, including zoning permits, variances and occupancy certificates, necessary to operate the premises and enter into and perform its obligations under this Agreement.

The release herein contained shall apply to deductibles, as well. Licensee further covenants that any insurance obtained by it shall contain an appropriate provision whereby the insurance company or companies consent(s) to the release of liability contained in this Section. CONDITION OF THE SPACE. Airport makes no warranty, guarantee or averment of any nature whatsoever, concerning the condition of the Space. Airport shall not be liable to Permittee for claims or damages arising from any defect in the construction of or the present condition of the Space, whether known or unknown, nor for damage by storm, rain, leakage or any other cause beyond the control of the Airport.
